INFLAT-O-MANIA – TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Inflat-O-Mania events are operated by KPL Party Hire Ltd, trading as Sundorne Bouncy Castles.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and that you will ensure that all members of your party comply with the event rules and instructions given by our staff.

1. TICKETS & ADMISSION

Tickets are sold for a specific Inflat-O-Mania session and for a child within the age/category stated on the ticket.

All children attending must have a valid ticket, whether or not it is intended that they will use the inflatables.

The only exception is a babe-in-arms, who may attend free of charge and does not require a ticket.

Accompanying adults are admitted free of charge.

Tickets will be checked on arrival using the QR code supplied with your booking confirmation. Please have your ticket available on a suitable device or as a printed copy.

We reserve the right to refuse admission where a valid ticket cannot be produced or where these Terms & Conditions have not been complied with.

2. SESSION TIMES

Your ticket is valid only for the session shown on your booking.

You may arrive at any point during your booked session, but please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the advertised start time.

All participants must leave the activity area at the advertised end of their session.

Arriving late does not extend your session and you will not be permitted to remain into the following session.

Our events are frequently sold out and capacity is strictly controlled. A ticket for one session cannot simply be used for another session.

If you need to change your session, please contact us before attending. Where space is available, we may be able to manually exchange your tickets for equivalent tickets in another session.

Any change is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Missed sessions and no-shows cannot be transferred to another session.

3. REFUNDS

Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable or choose not to attend your booked session.

This includes, but is not limited to, illness, changes of plans, late arrival, failure to attend, or a child deciding that they do not wish to participate.

If Inflat-O-Mania cancels the event or your booked session, the ticket price paid for the cancelled session will be refunded in full.

4. PARENT / GUARDIAN SUPERVISION

Inflat-O-Mania is a parent-supervised activity.

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.

Adults must remain on site for the entire duration of the child's session and must actively ensure that children in their care use the equipment appropriately and behave in an acceptable manner.

Inflat-O-Mania staff are present to operate and oversee the event and equipment. They do not assume responsibility for supervising individual children.

Parents and guardians must ensure that children follow instructions given by event staff and any rules displayed on or around individual attractions.

5. BEHAVIOUR

We want Inflat-O-Mania to be safe and enjoyable for everybody.

Rough, aggressive or dangerous play is not permitted. This includes behaviour which puts another person at risk or which unreasonably reduces the enjoyment of other attendees.

Children must follow instructions given by their parent/guardian and by Inflat-O-Mania staff.

We reserve the right to stop an individual using an attraction or to require a child, adult or entire party to leave the event where behaviour is dangerous, abusive, aggressive, persistently disruptive, or where reasonable safety instructions are ignored.

Where somebody is required to leave because of their behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, no refund will be given.

6. CLOTHING & SAFETY

Socks must be worn at all times when using the inflatables. This is an important safety requirement and helps reduce the risk of injury and friction burns.

Shoes must not be worn on any inflatable.

We strongly recommend that arms and legs are covered as far as reasonably practical to help reduce the risk of friction burns.

Jewellery, watches, badges and other hard or sharp items must be removed before using the equipment.

Spectacles should be removed where reasonably possible before using an inflatable, particularly where there is a risk of them becoming damaged or causing injury.

No sharp objects or items which could damage an inflatable or cause injury may be taken onto the equipment.

Pockets should be checked before using the equipment and unsuitable items removed.

Instructions displayed on individual attractions, including any restrictions relating to age, height, size, numbers of users or method of use, must be followed.

Inflat-O-Mania staff have the final decision regarding the safe operation and use of the equipment.

7. FACE PAINT

Face paint is not permitted on any Inflat-O-Mania inflatable.

Children arriving with face paint will not be permitted to use the inflatables until it has been completely removed.

This restriction is necessary because face paint can permanently stain or damage inflatable equipment.

No refund will be given where a participant is unable to use the equipment because they have arrived wearing face paint.

8. FOOD & DRINK

Food, drinks, sweets, chewing gum and similar items must never be taken onto an inflatable.

This is both for hygiene and safety reasons.

9. ILLNESS

Please do not attend Inflat-O-Mania if your child or another member of your party is unwell.

Any child who has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours must not attend.

We reserve the right to refuse admission where we reasonably believe that somebody is unwell and their attendance could affect the health, safety or enjoyment of others.

If a child or other member of your party becomes unwell during a session, we may require the whole party to leave the event.

No refund or alternative session will be offered where admission is refused, or a party is required to leave, because of illness.

10. UNDER-3s

A dedicated area may be provided for younger children and toddlers, generally up to the age of 3.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children using this area at all times.

Age, size or other restrictions displayed on individual pieces of equipment must be followed.

11. SUITABILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Inflatable play is a physical activity.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether their child is physically able and otherwise suitable to participate and to use a particular attraction.

If you are unsure whether an attraction is suitable for your child, please speak to a member of staff before allowing them to use it.

Different attractions may have different restrictions and not every attraction will necessarily be suitable for every child attending the event.

12. RISK OF INJURY

Inflatable play involves physical activity including running, climbing, bouncing and sliding. As with other physical activities, there is an inherent possibility of bumps, falls, collisions, friction burns and other injuries, even when equipment is operated correctly.

Parents and guardians should consider these risks when deciding whether their child should participate and must ensure that their child follows the event rules and staff instructions.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13. ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS

A trained first aider will be available at the event.

Any accident, injury, equipment concern or other safety incident should be reported to a member of Inflat-O-Mania staff immediately, however minor it may initially appear.

Please do not wait until after leaving the event to tell us about an incident which could reasonably have been reported while you were on site.

14. EQUIPMENT & ATTRACTIONS

The inflatables and attractions available at each Inflat-O-Mania event may vary.

Photographs, videos and promotional material are intended to give an indication of the type of event and attractions we provide and do not guarantee that every item pictured will be available at every event or session.

We reserve the right to change the selection, layout or operation of attractions where reasonably necessary.

For safety reasons, an attraction may also be temporarily restricted or closed at any time.

Safety decisions made by Inflat-O-Mania staff are final.

The temporary closure, restriction or substitution of an individual attraction does not normally entitle ticket holders to a full or partial refund where the Inflat-O-Mania session itself continues to operate.

15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.

Please take particular care of mobile phones, keys, jewellery, wallets, bags and other valuables.

KPL Party Hire Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING BY INFLAT-O-MANIA

From time to time, KPL Party Hire Ltd may take photographs or video footage of Inflat-O-Mania events for promotional purposes.

We do not undertake promotional photography or filming during public sessions while children are participating.

Where photography or filming involving identifiable attendees is specifically arranged, any appropriate permission or consent will be dealt with separately.

Purchasing a ticket does not, by itself, constitute consent for your child to be used in promotional photographs or video.

17. EVENT SAFETY & STAFF INSTRUCTIONS

The safety of attendees is our priority.

We reserve the right to:

• limit the number of children using an attraction at any one time;

• temporarily stop or close an attraction;

• restrict access to an attraction;

• change the way an attraction is operated;

• ask a participant to stop using an attraction; or

• take any other reasonable action considered necessary for safety.

Parents, guardians and children must follow reasonable instructions given by Inflat-O-Mania staff.

A safety-related restriction or temporary closure does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

18. EVENT CANCELLATION

In the event that KPL Party Hire Ltd cancels your Inflat-O-Mania session, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid for that session.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred in connection with attending the event, such as travel or parking costs, except where the law requires otherwise.

19. BOOKING INFORMATION & PRIVACY

Information supplied when making a booking will be used to administer your booking, provide information relating to the event and communicate important information or changes concerning your booking.

Any use of personal information for marketing or promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing requirements and our Privacy Policy.

20. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By purchasing tickets, the person making the booking confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The person making the booking is responsible for making the other adults attending as part of their booking aware of the relevant event rules and conditions.
