What an outstanding service this company gave, they kept in touch and replied to emails same day, so accommodating and helpful, esp when I double booked my child’s party with another in his class. They came on time and collected on time, and it only took 10 mins to set up just like they said it would. I would 100% only use Phil and katie for bouncy castle hire again. I recently rented a disco dome from Sundorne bouncy castles for my daughter's birthday party, and I cannot express enough how thrilled we were with the entire experience! From the moment I contacted them to book the inflatable, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. The disco dome itself was a hit! It was impeccably clean, and the vibrant lights created an amazing atmosphere that had the kids bouncing and dancing for hours. The setup was quick and hassle-free. Amazing experience using Sundorne Bouncy Castles. We hired a rodeo bull for a themed hen and they were wonderful. Communication was excellent and the operator on the day was brilliant. Would highly recommend!
