How do I book bouncy castles and inflatables?

Once you've found your perfect choice, use our user-friendly online booking system to secure your products on the date you need it. Where do you deliver party supplies?

We proudly serve a wide range of areas, including Bedford, Sandy, Ampthill, Kempston, Biggleswade, Milton Keynes, and many more towns and cities across Bedfordshire. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, don't hesitate to reach out for confirmation. You can use our online booking system to see if there are any delivery charges for your specific area.

Are your bouncy castles and inflatables safe for children's parties?

Absolutely! All our bouncy castles and inflatables are crafted with premium materials and adhere to strict UK health and safety standards, with professional inspections every year. Our team performs thorough cleaning and spot-checking to ensure a secure play environment for all the youngsters.

Can I book multiple products?

Of course! We offer a variety of multi-item discounts, allowing you to combine different inflatables in one order. Check out our packages to see some of the great deals we have available. Whether it's a combination of bouncy castles, slides, or even our assault courses, we're here to make your event a blast. You can also create a bespoke package yourself; just start your order with one product, and add extra products to your order after you've selected your party date and location.

Do you offer staffing or supervision?

For most of our products, we provide setup and inflation as standard to ensure it is properly anchored and safe for use. We advise having adult supervision during use to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Our team will provide all necessary instructions upon setup. If you need to hire a supervisor, speak with us to check availability and receive a bespoke quote.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety first! In the case of heavy rain, strong winds, or adverse weather conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you have concerns about the weather, please contact us to discuss the best course of action.

How far in advance should I book?

Our bouncy castles and inflatables are in high demand, especially during peak seasons such as the summertime or around big public holidays. To secure your preferred choice and date, we recommend booking as early as possible. Our booking diary works on a first-come first-served basis, so when you've made your order, you can be confident that nobody else will be able to take your chosen products on the day you need them.

Do you take last-minute bookings?

We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever we can. Please order at the earliest possible opportunity. You can book through our website until a few days before the event date - after this point, you will need to contact us directly.

Do you have bouncy castles and inflatables for indoor use?

Many of our inflatables are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Make sure to provide us with the necessary information about your venue and ensure that there is enough space for your chosen products - especially for larger items such as inflatable slides and assault courses.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that our cancellation and rescheduling policies may apply, and that refunds may not be possible at the very last minute, such as when we have already loaded the van.
