Is delivery to Dunton or Beeston extra?
No, delivery to Biggleswade and surrounding villages is free.
What surface can the bouncy castle go on?
We can safely set up on grass outdoors. We cannot setup on astro turf and hard surfaces like concrete or tarmac due to the legal requirements for anchorage.
Do you supply safety mats and extension leads?
Yes. All hires include safety mats as standard. We also supply extension leads and all necessary electrical equipment up to 25 metres.
Can the inflatable be used indoors?
Absolutely. All of our castles are suitable for indoor venues, space permitting, like village halls and sports centres. We can advise on height restrictions and best-fit inflatables based on your venue. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. If the weather is poor (heavy rain or strong winds), we may need to cancel or rearrange. We’ll always keep you informed and offer alternative options or a full refund. Find out more about our weather policy here.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred castle, especially for weekend events or during school holidays. Last-minute bookings are possible if we have availability. We always recommend calling us for last minute availability.
How long do we get the bouncy castle for?
Standard hire is for up to 7 hours. Additional time is available for an additional fee. If you need specific timing or an overnight hire, just ask.
