Indoor Hire:
Before booking, please ensure your venue has enough space for the inflatable castle, including ceiling height and any hanging lights or projectors. Our indoor bouncy castles and kids castles are perfect for birthday parties, school fun days, and children’s events in Bedford, Broom, Bromham, and surrounding areas.
Outdoor Hire:
We can only set up bounce houses on flat grassed surfaces. Make sure the area is clear of toys, garden furniture, or dog mess before our arrival. Freshly cut grass within 72 hours can affect the blower and cleanliness of the inflatable bouncy castle, so we politely request leaving it uncut. Check the required space for your chosen inflatable to ensure safe setup.
Weather safety is important. Bouncing castles cannot be used in winds exceeding 24mph or during heavy rain. We will advise if weather is uncertain and discuss alternatives, including indoor venues. If a booking is cancelled by us due to unsafe conditions, our Weather Guarantee allows a full refund or credit toward a future hire.

Booking & Delivery:
Booking is simple via our website, with a small booking fee to secure your date. We provide expert advice on venue suitability and can recommend the best bouncy castle or inflatable for your indoor or outdoor location, including Potton, Kimbolton, Waresley, and nearby villages. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.
Included in Price:
The hire price includes delivery, setup, all ancillary equipment (blowers, extension cables, crash mats), insurance, and VAT. Optional extras, late collections, overnight hires, or additional days are clearly listed during booking.
Optional Extras:
Enhance your party with add-ons like candy floss, popcorn, garden games, or a disco upgrade. All extras are compatible with bouncy castles, inflatable castles, and bounce houses, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Minimum order fees apply if only booking small add-ons.
Staffing & Supervision:
This inflatable is designed for children only. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable bouncy castle at all times. Equipment must not be moved during the hire period, as this invalidates insurance.
Power Requirements:
Most inflatable castles require a standard 13amp mains socket within 25m of the blower. If mains power isn’t available, petrol blowers or generators can be supplied for an extra charge.
Large Event Support:
We regularly supply inflatables for village fetes, school parties, and community fun days. For multiple items, we will discuss layout, power, and staffing to ensure a safe and enjoyable setup for all children.
