Indoor Hire:

Outdoor Hire:
We can only set up bounce houses on flat grassed surfaces. Make sure the area is clear of toys, garden furniture, or dog mess before our arrival. Freshly cut grass within 72 hours can affect the blower and cleanliness of the inflatable bouncy castle, so we politely request leaving it uncut. Check the required space for your chosen inflatable to ensure safe setup. Sundorne Bouncy Castles team will handle delivery and setup safely.

Weather safety is important. Bouncing castles cannot be used in winds exceeding 24mph or during heavy rain. We will advise if weather is uncertain and discuss alternatives. If a booking is cancelled by us due to unsafe conditions, our Weather Guarantee allows a full refund or credit toward a future hire. For short-notice changes due to weather, you can consult our Venues Directory, which lists local indoor halls and approved inflatables for each venue, making it easy to switch to a suitable indoor option.

Health & Safety:

All inflatable castles meet BS EN 14960 standards and are inspected via PIPA or competent safety inspections.
Electrical equipment is PAT tested.
We hold £5 million public liability insurance.
Some Sundorne Bouncy Castles staff are First Aid at Work trained, and all staff are fully trained in safe setup and use of inflatables.

Booking & Delivery:
Booking is simple via the website, with a small booking fee to secure your date. The Sundorne Bouncy Castles team provides expert advice on venue suitability and can recommend the best bouncy castle or inflatable for your indoor or outdoor location, including Potton, Kimbolton, Waresley, and nearby villages. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of delivery, or via BACS transfer in advance.

Included in Price:
The hire price includes delivery, setup, all ancillary equipment (blowers, extension cables, crash mats), insurance, and VAT.
Optional extras, late collections, overnight hires, or additional days are clearly listed during booking.

Optional Extras:
Enhance your party with add-ons like candy floss, popcorn, garden games, or a disco upgrade. All extras are compatible with bouncy castles, inflatable castles, and bounce houses from Sundorne Bouncy Castles, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Minimum order fees apply if only booking small add-ons.

Staffing & Supervision:
This inflatable is designed for children only. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable bouncy castle at all times. Equipment must not be moved during the hire period, as this invalidates insurance.

Power Requirements:
Most inflatable castles require a standard 13amp mains socket within 25m of the blower. If mains power isn’t available, petrol blowers or generators can be supplied for an extra charge.
