What is included in the price?
Booking with Sundorne Bouncy Castles is simple and transparent. The price you see includes your chosen inflatable, all necessary safety and operational equipment (blowers, crash mats, cables, cable protectors), and delivery where applicable. Standard hire covers up to 7 hours, with automatic calculation for additional hours or late-night collection.

Our pricing is fully inclusive, with no hidden extras, so you can focus on having a great party or event without surprises.
Staffing Requirements
Most of our inflatables are delivered, set up, and collected by our trained team, leaving them in your care for supervision. Staffing is only provided for items that require it, such as our Rodeo Bull or Surf Simulator.
If the equipment is left with you, it must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+). Sundorne Bouncy Castles can provide additional staff for an extra fee if needed. Please note that our staff are there to ensure safe operation of the equipment, not to supervise children directly.
Power Requirements
All electrical cabling and plugs required for your inflatable are included in the hire. Standard inflatables need access to a 240v mains socket within 25 metres, typically to the rear of the castle where the blower is located. Multi-section inflatables, like assault courses, require one socket per section.
We supply all cables and do not require clients to provide extension leads. If mains power isn’t available within 25 metres, petrol blowers or generators can be provided at an additional cost. For larger events requiring multiple inflatables, we can advise and provide the correct setup to ensure smooth operation.
Safe, Certified, and Fully Insured
All Sundorne Bouncy Castles equipment is tested annually to BS EN 14960 standards by PIPA-accredited inspectors. Full documentation, including risk assessments, PAT certificates, and insurance, is available to view and download from our website. Our staff are trained in safe setup and operation, and some hold First Aid at Work certification.
