Indoor and outdoor hire
The Rainbow Spiro obstacle course can be set up indoors or outdoors, provided there is enough space and suitable access.
For outdoor hires, it must be set up on real grass so it can be safely anchored. For indoor venues, ceiling height and space should be checked in advance.
Delivery area
We deliver across Bedford, St Neots and surrounding villages, regularly setting up in places like Sandy, Biggleswade, Potton, Gamlingay, Eaton Socon and nearby areas.

Will it fit your venue?
Before booking, check the product’s stated dimensions and suitability, including ceiling height for indoor venues and clear access for our delivery team. Tell us about steps, narrow gates or restricted access in advance. We supply and set up the equipment, then explain its use at handover. For blower-powered inflatables, a suitable mains socket is normally needed within 25 metres of the blower; discuss alternatives with us if power is unavailable.
Outdoor hire and the weather
For outdoor inflatable hire, we install on suitable natural grass only. We do not set up on concrete, tarmac, patios or artificial grass. Our guide to surfaces and anchoring explains why. Outdoor hires also depend on suitable weather; read our wind-speed guide before planning your event. From November to April, our inflatable hires are indoors only.
Equipment care and inspections
We combine regular checks and maintenance with annual PIPA/RPII inspections against the applicable BS EN 14960 requirements. New equipment may come with a PIPA test from the manufacturer, while an approved RPII inspector carries out our ongoing annual inspections. Our inflatable testing guide explains the process.
Supervision and safe use
A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise equipment left in your care throughout the hire. Follow the product’s user limits and the instructions given at setup. Our bouncy castle safety information and health and safety guidance explain the wider precautions we take.
Before you book
Check availability and the booking total for the date and hire period you need, including any delivery charge or selected extras. If your venue has fixed access times, or you need a different collection arrangement, speak to us before booking. We can help match the equipment and timing to your event.
Plan the space and delivery route
An obstacle course needs space along its full length, with clear access at the entrance and slide exit. Check the width of gates and doors on the delivery route, not just the event area. Tell us about the venue layout before booking so we can discuss a workable position.

Inspection information and venue paperwork
For obstacle-course inflatables covered by BS EN 14960, our testing arrangements use PIPA/RPII. Annual inspections are carried out by an approved RPII inspector; some new units arrive with a PIPA test from the manufacturer.
